Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to taste. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It is a great match with vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.
