Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to give flavours of smooth milk chocolate and a delicate citrus to create a soft, easy-going personality. If you're pressed pause during a hectic weekday or winding down for the weekend, a bit of this mellow roast can go a long way to relaxing your body and mind.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

When brewing this coffee beans 1kg arabica, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let the coffee beans uk 1kg sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has the sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a soft mouth feel that caresses the palate. The cocoa notes can be traced to the winter days in the living room, reading a book and a warm family hug. Prepare your French Press by using water that has not yet reached boiling point.
