Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components

An upgrade item is a special item that makes certain Pokemon develop. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a photo disc. It is sometimes offered as a prize during Pokemon GO events.

Upgrades can be applied to weapons, armors, trinkets, and gathering tools to raise their item level. The upgrade costs Flightstones and crests, depending on the type of item upgrader mod.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be placed into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to give bonus effects or attribute bonuses when the equipment is used. upgrade item components can only be used on equipment with an upgrade slot available. There are various upgrade components, each with a different bonus. Universal upgrades such as gems and inscriptions are able to be applied to any type of equipment. They provide fewer bonuses than the other types of upgrade components. Infusions can be utilized on legendary and non-amulet items, while enhancements can be utilized on certain ascended back equipment. Slotting in an upgrade component will cause the destruction of the previous upgrade. The only exceptions are glyphs which can only be used in gathering tools, and enchantments. Both can be removed and replaced.

Insignias Enchantments, insignias, and prefix/suffix upgrades will appear in the hover display of the item while they are added to the equipment's name (e.g. a Radiant Insignia would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will show the number of upgrade components that have been added to it.

Glyphs

Glyphs can be used to add decorative and useful elements to an OpenType font. These include ligatures, fractions or ornaments as well as registered trademark symbols such as ellipses, swashes, and swashes. The Glyphs Panel lets you add and view these unique characters, as well as standard symbols such as em and en dashes as well as registered trademark symbols.

Once a Glyph has reached level 15, it can be upgraded via the Glyph Upgrade Altar. Upgrades to a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.

Once a glyph has been upgraded to its desired level, you can activate it by selecting it and then clicking the "enchant" button. The Glyph you create will provide its stated benefit, and will also boost all other nodes in its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be put where they will benefit your building the most. This is why you should consider Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. The glyphs that are rare may offer dual bonuses if certain conditions are satisfied which is why they're worth checking out for too.

If you're having difficulty finding a particular glyph, click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to display the panel in a number of perspectives. Each of these views shows the Glyphs in different fonts. You can narrow down the list of glyphs further by selecting an option beneath "Entire Font": for example, punctuation displays only punctuation glyphs; Math symbols restricts the selection to mathematical symbols.

Rerolling
