Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide

Item upgrading is a key element to maximize the power of your gear. It lets you add extra bonus stats over the value of your basic item.

Each upgrade template comes with several options that can be changed through the edition GUI. These options include the upgrading reference and the upgrading chance.

Upgrade components

The method of upgrading armor, weapons, and other gear in Cyberpunk 2077 has been revamped as part of the 2.0 update. Upgrade components are scattered across Night City.
