4.2.1 Kin Yat shall use only the components and materials that have been approved by iRobot for the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications and any engineering changes, specifications or amendments thereto. Kin Yat shall be responsible for storing, collecting and ensuring that it is readily available for inspection by iRobot or its designee all documents indicating that all of its third suppliers are in compliance with the applicable Material Declaration Requirements.

4.2.2 Kin Yat will monitor and report to iRobot each month the percentage of Purchase orders that are delivered on-time. This is based on iRobot's definition of "on-time" that includes shipping the components, materials and other products ordered by iRobot for delivery within the Lead Time, and any shipping dates that are required as identified in the applicable Product specifications. Kin Yat must also maintain records of all Supplier Quality Assurance testing and evaluations.
