The Roomba 980 is still one of the best self cleaning mopping Robot performing robots we've reviewed despite the slight limitations. It's also not as expensive as top-of-the-line models. It's got plenty of features we'd expect to see in a flagship model however it lacks all the fancy app-enabled functions or Best Self Cleaning Mopping Robot smart home integration you'll find in other top models.

The iRobot Roomba is easy to set up and get running right away. After removing the yellow bin insert and pull tab from its undercarriage it is simply connected to a wall socket or its Home Base docking stations, press the "Clean button" and let it do the work.
