Cheap single wheel stroller Pushchairs

The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a excellent choice if you're on a budget and don't need an extra stroller that can be used as car seat carrier. It comes with a simple one-step foot brake that's flip-flop comfortable.

It's easy to push, and it is solid when navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has built a reputation as the ultimate light-weight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, due to its extremely nimble handling and foldable design that can be tucked away in aeroplane overhead luggage. This latest version boasts independent suspension on all four wheels, made from Hytrel elastomer to 'perfectly navigate all types of surface and terrain'.

The bent fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 frame and 6months of colour pack come together to create a stylish pushchair with a subtle, elegant aesthetic. The frame itself weighs less than a kilo and is so light that you can easily lift it out of the box (and do so one-handed).

The hood, for instance, snaps on the YOYO2 with a reassuring way. It is also machine washable at 30deg, which helps to prevent the stains that result from smushed rice cakes and carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram from birth with the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted to a stroller from 6 months by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a great choice for parents who want an adaptable stroller wagon. It transforms from a stroller into a wagon by simply turning the handle, which means parents can choose which mode they prefer on their journey. The wagon can be used by one or two kids from 6 months up to 5 years, and it has a wide storage basket to accommodate all of your on-the-go needs.

The Xplore has dual canopies which are able to rotate from front to back, ensuring adequate sun protection for all family members. It also has a footwell that's not as deep or wide as other wagons, which means it might not be comfortable for long-distance trips or napping.

The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, but it does not flex as much as some other wagons that we tried. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and does not lock tightly when folded. It is easy to move, though, and it can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents who are seeking a second stroller that's priced reasonably. It scored high in our Strollers & Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions, meaning it is lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to lift and store into a car trunk. It also offers a multi-position reclining seat and a parent cup holder. Other important features include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree front wheels that absorb shock.

It performed better in our push and turn test than a lot of the other strollers we tested but is still difficult to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has were among the smallest of all strollers we tested. They only cover the top, and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have significantly larger canopies.

It took us less than 3 minutes to put together the Delta with a standard manual. None of the parts required tools. It is missing certain features we consider essential for a double stroller. These include an extra-large basket, reclining seats, and adjustable leg rests.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's latest pushchair and is marketed as an urban travel system. It is designed to accommodate infants from birth until approximately 3.5 years, converting easily between a seat and a carrycot with only a few clicks. It can also be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats and comes with the light Mico 30 infant car seat, stay-in-car base and a reversible baby carriage.

The seat can be reclined with one hand and the large shopping basket makes it easy for parents to help their child in and out. Although it is a small pushchair, it was able to handle the everyday bumps with ease and went through doorways without fuss.

The front wheels can be locked into an forward position or allow them to rotate which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to swivel while walking along the stony path. It handled this reasonably well, even though it felt to be a bit bumpier.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most famous for its 3-wheeled all-terrain, strollers for jogging. But they also produce a wide selection of pushchairs with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It folds easily and fits easily into the trunk of a car even with the carrycot attached.

It's heavier than other strollers that we test, but since it comes with rubber composite wheels it feels solid and well-made. It's a breeze to maneuver across all types of terrain. It's also a breeze to lift even with two kids and shopping bags.

Both the carrycot and seat have hoods that can be lowered to reveal the UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other prams hoods which can be blown back onto toddlers faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does have an ample basket that is deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or plenty of food. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to take a stroller on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first came onto the scene it stole the hearts of parents everywhere. It's a single wheel stroller made of aluminum that will see you through your baby's early days and beyond. It has many standout features, such as the ability of the seat to be turned between parent and world facing, a large UPF50+ canopy, an eye-shade that flips out, as well as an adjustable handlebar.

The chassis comes with a suspension system built-in that helps reduce the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are made of tough foam, which reduces punctures. It was simple to push, and our tester was able to maneuver the vehicle through narrow streets.

It folds down in four easy steps and automatically locks without hassle. It can also be folded and raised for easier transportation down the stairs or in the boot of the car. The travel system is included with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot by using the adaptors included. This budget single pushchair is extremely easy to use and has an excellent dual suspension system, one-single hand fold stroller fold and a convenient carry strap. It's also lightweight and robust. The seat can be reclined in many positions and is equipped with a double breathable mattress that's suitable for babies from birth.

The canopy/seat comes with two extra-large fixed or flip out sun visors, both of which are UPF50+. However, the toggle closure isn't great it's not as quiet as Velcro and could wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is an angled stroller that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and can be used with carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be placed so that they face each other. They can also be set to face the parents. This should reduce sibling arguments over who gets seated with dad and mom. It comes with a large gear tray, a bottle holder and snack tray. It also comes with an automatic frame lock and a superior compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban glide 2 is a great single stroller with standing board for parents who like to be active. It's among the lightest strollers you can buy for your child. It also comes with excellent safety features such as five-point harnesses and a secure wrist strap. It also comes with an innovative twist hand brake that's different than the lever type used on rival models.

The seat is well padded and provides plenty of space to sit. However, the seat depth is smaller than that of other joggers (it's only about 10") The storage bin is secured with a zipper that keeps things secure. It can hold up to 10lbs which is sufficient for the majority of diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters for most bassinets and infant car seats, but you can use them from the first day using adapters that work with brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It is simple to fold and assemble in just 5-10 minutes with no tools. The manual is easy to read and contains a variety of languages.
