Then, you can put the key in the ignition and move it to the on position which activates the accessories but does not start the engine. Repeat this process 5 times, and then keep the key on the "on" position.

Then you'll need to buy an additional case for your key fob. You can find these at any auto parts store, and they're usually quite affordable. Depending on the model, you may even purchase them without electronics.

To open the case you need to gently push the screwdriver with a flathead into the slot in the middle. When you've split the case, you'll have access to all the internal electronics. To remove the electronics, use a small screwdriver, and try to pry them out gently.
