This company does not have the best customer service. I ordered a mens tommy hilfiger wallet on the 17th of the month, and called on the 21st about the status of my purchase. They told me it was shipped and the tracking link showed general logistics. I have no idea whether my item will be delivered by the 25th. This is a complete catastrophe from a customer service perspective.
