Path of Exile Item Upgrading

In Path of Exile, item upgrading is one of the best ways to upgrade your equipment without relying on large-ticket drops or trade. This article will show you how to upgrade your items.

Upgrading equipment grants an additional bonus to the item's base stats. This bonus scales according to the rarity and level of the upgrade component.

Components

Upgrade components can make your armour and weapons stronger. They can be found by destroying enemies, buying them from karma vendors or finding them in item-spheres.
