WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you boost in specific stats. Each upgrade increases item level by 3. A random substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

The upgraded gear typically has a higher trade value regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or a very high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). The latter are less valuable from upgrading due to the necessity to roll for a perfect version.
