Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to develop the aromas of creamy milk chocolate and a delicate citrus for a gentle, easy-going personality. This mellow roast is perfect to relax your mind and muscles, whether you're trying to relax during a hectic weekday, or winding up at the weekend.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant on the palate. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Storage
