Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are a great method to earn gear weapons, equipment and other items. They're hard to complete.

In this video slot inspired by Jackie Chan, you can join a group fighters who are looking to earn cash and pardons. Help them free captured generals. Earn up to 50,000x the amount you bet per line.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a unique slot that allows you to bring pistols in to an operation. Some players utilize this slot to aid in achieving certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Some prefer having the additional pistol to make a gap closer. When using this slot, it is important to keep in mind that you'll need to click on the corresponding pistol category button, like the slot 2 alternative for machine guns, to select the appropriate category. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are active, which makes it much easier to use. This combo increases the damage tick every 10 seconds from Concealed Weapon for as long as it is positioned.

Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled items slot is an excellent feature that allows players to bring weapons and other tools into the game, but could be improved. It's currently designed as an a gun, that makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled item slot from other high RTP slots in the gear.

The smuggle slots with bonuses are used to store a wide variety of items - from concussion devices and weapons grade explosives to subtle concussions. These items are covertly stashed in hidden locations around the map, and can be found at any time. Smuggled items are different from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small objects in scenery and objects.

Mission planning is an option available in missions that are episodic. It lets players unlock different starting locations, smuggled objects, and gear slots before they enter the map. These options for planning expand as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This allows players to prepare the best task for every challenge.

Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will find their gear slots get full, resulting in the frequently-repeated "Your Gear Slots are Full" message that prevents Max from selecting new equipment until the old ones are cleared or more space is obtained. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which offer more inventory space in exchange for completing challenging missions. However, since many of these challenges are scattered around the world and can be missed, it can take some time to get the largest amount of inventory slots in the game.

Five Gear Slots can be filled with up to five different types of gear. These must be selected in the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In begins. Each gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same type) only uses one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress through Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you store items that don't fit in your weapon or gear slot. You can get them back later.

These pickups can be very useful if your mission requires you to go through a frisk or you carry a weapon with you that could raise suspicion. You can only hide only one item at a pick-up location.

This DLC also adds new security and asset protection contracts to the agency. Talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and other items. Once you have reached the mission marker you can identify a crowd when you arrive.
